How we work

No deck. A working session, then four stages.

You'll know within two hours whether we understand your business. After that, engagements follow a shape we've refined since 2014: small enough to start without ceremony, structured enough that nothing gets dropped after go-live.

First conversation

The working session

Two hours, at your place or on a call, with the people who actually own the problem. Not a sales meeting with our logo on slides.

What we do in it

We ask how the work really happens today: who touches it, where it waits, what gets re-typed, what everyone quietly works around. By the end we're sketching the map together on whatever whiteboard is closest.

What you leave with

A short written read on where the hours are going, what we'd change first, and roughly what that takes. It's yours to act on with us or without us. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so in the room.

The engagement

Four stages, each with something real at the end.

1

Find the opportunity

The working session grows into a proper assessment. We trace the processes that consume the most hours, gather the constraints nobody mentioned in the first meeting, and rank the candidates by return.

You get a clear recommendation on what's worth pursuing and, just as important, what isn't.

2

Design the move

Architecture, integration points, data flows, and sequence, with the first build scoped tightly enough to prove itself in production rather than in a demo. Where an existing product or a configuration change beats a custom build, the design says so.

The result is a design any competent team could execute. We intend to be the ones who do, and we price it knowing you have the document either way.

3

Make it real

Working software early, in your environment, against your data. The people who designed the system are the people building it, so decisions don't get lost in a handoff. Training happens alongside the build, not as an afterthought in the final week.

Go-live is a checkpoint, not a finish line.

4

Make it last

Systems earn their keep in month six, so we stay: monitoring, patching, refinement as your business shifts, and the operational oversight that keeps small issues from becoming outages. For many clients this becomes the standing relationship, covering IT operations, Microsoft licensing, and hardware alongside what we built.

The standard

We answer for the systems we build.

It's the premise the firm was founded on: the people who design and build your system should be accountable for how it performs, in production, over years. It's also why our own products run on the same libraries we use for client work. When something is weak, we feel it before you do.

Start with the two hours.

Bring the process that eats your week. If we can't see a way to give you time back, you'll have lost two hours and gained a map.
