What we do
Four practices, one accountable team.
Most of our clients don't arrive asking for software. They arrive with a process that eats the week, a system nobody trusts, or a growth plan their tools can't carry. The work below is how we take that on.
01 · Advisory & smarter operations
Understand the business, then redesign how the work gets done.
Every engagement begins with understanding: where the hours go, what stalls, what it costs. Then we redesign the work so the routine path moves without a touch, whether that ends as a strategy project, a process change, or a build.
Map
Opportunity mapping
We trace where your team's hours actually go: which processes are manual, which handoffs stall, which reports get rebuilt by hand every month. Then we rank what to change first by the return it brings, not by what's fashionable to build.
Decide
Build, buy, or configure
We define the problem, the constraints, and whether a purpose-built system is warranted at all. The recommendation comes with reasoning you can challenge and a plan you could execute with us or without us. Sometimes the honest answer is a configuration change, an off-the-shelf product, or nothing; you get that answer either way.
Redesign
Process redesign
We sit with the people doing the work and map how it really happens, including the workarounds nobody wrote down. Then we redesign the process so the routine path needs no touch and the exceptions reach a person with context attached.
Automate
Automation that earns its keep
Orders that enter themselves, documents that file themselves, reports that arrive built. Where newer tooling helps, including the current generation of machine intelligence, we put it to work quietly inside the process. The measure is hours returned to your team, not novelty.
Operate
IT operations, carried
For clients who want it, we embed as the technical operations team: monitoring, systems administration, patching, capacity planning, and incident response as a continuous responsibility rather than a ticket queue.
02 · Bespoke software & platforms
When the right system doesn't exist, we build it.
Purpose-built systems, held to the same structural standard as the products we ship under our own name.
Build
Engineered, not assembled
Modern .NET on Azure, built for the decade you'll run it, not the quarter we bill it. Working software shows up early in the engagement and grows in place, so you're judging the real thing rather than a mock-up.
Foundations
Proven platform underneath
Client builds stand on the same libraries that run our own products: Sidub Platform for entity modelling, persistence, and authentication; Messaging for asynchronous communication; Batch for job orchestration; Licensing for entitlements. Published on NuGet, dual-licensed, and maintained because our own revenue depends on them.
Own
Fully yours
Source code, documentation, and the rights to all of it. The open foundations mean no lock-in: another team could pick up your system tomorrow. We work to make sure you never want them to.
03 · Enterprise implementation
The Microsoft stack, delivered and answered for.
Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365, and Azure, implemented by the people who will answer for them afterward.
ERP
Dynamics 365 Business Central
Requirements mapping, data migration, workflow configuration, and line-of-business integration as one engagement, run by the same team from first workshop to go-live.
Cloud
Microsoft 365 & Azure
Microsoft 365 and Azure environments specified, implemented, and supported where your business depends on them.
Beyond go-live
Judged in month six
After go-live we stay for configuration refinement, user enablement, and operational oversight, because an enterprise system is judged in month six, not at launch.
04 · Hardware & software resale
The gear and licensing behind it all, ready to run.
Licensing, subscriptions, and hardware from one firm instead of four vendors pointing at each other, sourced through our Microsoft, Dell, and Lenovo partnerships.
Licensing
Microsoft licensing, managed
As a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider we provision and manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and Windows licensing: seat subscriptions, consumption billing, renewals, entitlement tracking, true-up reconciliation, and audit readiness under one agreement.
Hardware
Procurement that fits the workload
Workstations, servers, networking, and peripherals from Dell and Lenovo, sourced through Ingram Micro and specified by the people who will actually run them.
Software
Third-party software & SaaS
Third-party software and SaaS subscriptions consolidate under the same relationship, so purchasing, renewals, and support live in one place.
Not sure which practice you need?
That's normal, and it's what the first conversation is for. Bring the problem; we'll bring the map.
